Transportation:
We do not offer off-property transportation. We recommend using your preferred ride-share service such as Lyft or Uber, a taxi, or rental car for your travel needs. As a reminder, Hilton Honors and Lyft are partners – be sure to link your accounts to earn Hilton Honors Points every time you ride with Lyft.

What are your pool hours?

We have a total of seven pools located throughout the property.

The Falls Water Village (2 large free-form pools): 8a-8p, daily (open later during summer weekends)
Water slide: 11a-5p, daily
Cabanas: 10a-6p, daily (summer hours differ)
Five additional pools located throughout the property: 8a-11p, daily

Do you charge for parking?

Yes, self parking is $10/night.

Valet is $15/night.

Do you have a Concierge?

We do not have a dedicated Concierge, but our bell desk can provide information of local things to do and information. You can also visit our Explore Arizona page for ideas.

Do you have a spa/salon?

Yes, please visit Tocaloma Spa & Salon to view services and make appointments.

Do you have a golf course?

Yes, please visit Lookout Mountain Golf Club for course details and to reserve tee times.

Do you have dining options on property?

Yes, we have several dining options on property:

Pointe In Tyme - breakfast, lunch & dinner - open daily

Cascades Cafe - lunch and poolside libations - open daily

Different Pointe of View - dinner, reservations strongly suggested (longest AAA 4-Diamond Awarded restaurant in the state)

In-Room Dining - breakfast, lunch & dinner - open daily

We Proudly Brew Starbucks (lobby bar) - open daily

Do you have a gift shop?

Yes, our lobby gift shop is the ideal place to pick up a souvenir or grab that sundry item you forgot to pack. Shop for unique southwest gifts, clothing, jewelry, snacks, candy, beverages and more.

Do you have a fitness center?

Yes, our workout center offers a wide range of cardio, free-weight, and flexibility equipment. For those looking to explore, we also have many nearby hiking trails and offer complimentary mountain bike rental for up to two adults, included with the resort fee.

Do you have a laundry facility?

Yes, located next to the Workout Center, there are four (4) washers and four (4) dryers available and included with the resort charge for guest use. Laundry products (soap, fabric softener, etc.) are available for purchase in the lobby gift shop. Two folding tables, a seating area and a flat panel TV are provided in the laundry room. Guest entrance is located adjacent to the parking lot (not from the pool) and requires a guest suite key to gain entry.

What is the minimum age for guestroom reservations/check-in?

The minimum required age is 18.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Standard check-in begins at 4p. Should your room not be available quite yet, you're more than welcome to leave your luggage/belongings with the bell desk and enjoy our dining outlets and pools.

Standard check-out time is 11a. Please contact the front desk for late check-out availability and any applicable fees.

What does the Resort Fee include?
  • Unlimited high-speed Internet for up to two devices* ($29.90 value).
  • Unlimited local and 1-800 phone calls ($1/call value).
  • Tennis/Pickleball court use for two people for up to one hour Call golf shop for details ($18 value).
  • Golf practice facility privileges for two people for 1 hr, available after 12 pm ($50 value).
  • Complimentary mountain bike rental for two adults (based on availability).
  • Guest laundry facility usage.
  • 15% discount on select apparel in the Golf Shop.
  • 20% savings on spa services at Tocaloma Spa & Salon (excludes salon services & add-ons/enhancements).
  • Admittance into The Falls Water Village (up to four people with a king bed suite/up to six people with a 2-queen beds suite).
Do you offer airport transportation?

Do you have connecting rooms?

Do you have ADA Accessible rooms?

Yes, we offer ADA Accessible guest rooms that can be booked online or by calling 1-800-HILTONS (4458667) or 602-866-7500.

Do you offer Housekeeping?

Yes, we prioritize your comfort above all else, ensuring you feel right at home during your stay while enjoying daily complimentary housekeeping services tailored to your needs.

Do you offer infant/toddler pack-n-plays?

Yes, we have a limited number of pack-n-plays available. Please contact the resort's front desk or housekeeping to request.

Do you have rollaways?

No, we do not have rollaway beds, but all of our rooms are equipped with a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living area.

Do you allow pets?
Pets are not permitted on property. Service animals (as defined by the ADA) are welcome. If a room requires repairs or excessive cleaning following your stay, a reasonable fee will be charged to the card on file to cover associated costs.
Do you have a smoking policy?

Yes, all of our guest rooms and public spaces are 100% smoke-free. A fee will be assessed for smoking in our non-smoking rooms and charged to the card on file to cover associated cleaning costs. Please ask a team member for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas.

How do I request a copy of my folio/receipt?

Please email enjoy.tapatiocliffs@hilton.com and include your reservations details such as dates of stay, name the reservation was made/held under and room confirmation number.

What if I left something behind?

Can I ship to/receive packages at the resort?

Can I call to make a reservation?

Yes, reservations can be made online or by calling -800-HILTONS (4458667) or 1-800-876-4683.

Can I request early arrival?

Yes, early arrival can be requested, but is based on availability and not guaranteed. Fees may apply.

Standard check-in time is 4p.

Can I request late check-out?

Yes, you may request late check-out with the hotel directly, based on availability, and fees typically apply. Standard check-out time is 11a.

Is there an early departure fee?

If you choose to depart early during your stay, there is a minimum $75 penalty fee that may increase up to one (1) full night's room and tax.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation and deposit policies vary by confirmed rate codes/packages. The policies regarding your specific reservation are provided at the time the reservation is made. They are also provided online and via email confirmations.

I found a better rate - do you offer price matching?

The best rates with the most flexiblility are offered when you book directly through us/Hilton. Should you choose to book through a third-party, Hilton does offer a Price Match Guarantee.

Can I apply my Hilton Honors number to a reservation made through a third-party?

Hilton Honors Members who book reservations through a third-party website won’t earn Hilton Honors Points, stay or night credits, or any additional Hilton Honors Member benefits. Hilton Honors Members can request to have their Hilton Honors account number added to their third-party reservation to access our Contactless Experience features such as Digital Check-in and Digital Key, only available through the Hilton Honors mobile app.

The Falls Water Village

What are the hours of operation?

Year-round, 8am-8pm (open later over summer weekends)

Is access to The Falls Water Village included with my stay?

Yes, access to The Falls Water Village is included with our resort fee.

Up to 4 guests with a king bed accommodation. Up to 6 guests with a 2-queen bed accommodation.

Additional day passes may be purchased exclusively online at ResortPass, based on availability.

Cabana reservations can also be made at a discounted rate for our overnight guests (must have room confirmation number), exclusively at ResortPass, based on availability.

(Please note: we do not offer refunds for inclement weather).

If I'm not an overnight resort guest, can I purchase day passes or reserve a cabana?

Yes, day passes and cabana rentals are available for non-resort guests, exclusively through this link, ResortPass, based on availability.

Can I visit The Falls Water Village if I arrive earlier than hotel check-in time?

Yes, you are welcome to enter as early as 9a on your day of arrival.

Hotel check-in time is 4pm, but if you arrive early/your room in not ready, you may leave your luggage with the bell desk and utilize the pools until your room is ready.

Can I visit The Falls Water Village on my day of departure?

Yes, you are welcome to enjoy The Falls Water Village on your day of check-out. Guest room check-out time is 11a, but even after you depart your room, you may store your luggage in your vehicle or with the bell desk and continue to enjoy the pools.

Are we allowed to bring in our own food and beverages?

No, we do not allow any outside food or beverage inside the gates. Cascades Cafe is located within The Falls Water Village and offers pitchers of water and a selection of menu items such as appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, salads, cocktails, mocktails and more.

Can I bring pool toys and floaties?

We allow children's water wings (arm floaties), swim vests and small pool floats. These items may also be purchased at the pool shop.

We ask all guests to please be polite and respectful, and to not leave pool floats in the pool when not in use.

Are pool towels provided?

Yes, pool towels are provided at each pool.

Is there a height requirement for the water slide?

Yes, you must be at least 42-in tall to ride the water slide.

Do you have lifeguards on duty?

No, we do not have lifeguards on duty. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Are the pools heated?

Yes, during the colder months, all of our pools (except for the water slide pool) are heated to approximately 82-83 degrees Fahrenheit.

Meetings & Events

Who can I contact for 10+ rooms?

Who can I contact about having a wedding at your location?

For weddings at Different Pointe of View restaurant or the Resort’s ballroom space, please complete our online inquiry form.

Photography/Partnership Requests

Do you allow outside photography?

On-site wedding photos will be allowed only to bridal parties hosting their wedding at our Resort or Different Pointe of View. Individuals with contracted large group room blocks (10 rooms or more) will be the only exception, and the group sales manager working with these individuals can be contacted with any questions regarding this policy. For any other commercial, promotional, professional, family, engagement, etc., photography/videography requests, please complete this form at least two (2) weeks prior to the desired shoot date. Once the completed form is received, a Resort Coordinator/Manager will review availability and confirm approval or denial of the request. Please note, these requests are handled on an individual basis and require a minimum site fee of $500++ (fees vary depending on project type and size).

Do you work with Influencers?

We partner with influencers based on need and availability. Please email enjoy.tapatiocliffs@hilton.com with your media kit and request details (dates, deliverables, platforms, audience, and any special requirements). Once received, a team member will reach out as soon as possible.
