Local Event: Brown Bag Workshop

Join Save Our Mountains Foundation (SOMF) and enjoy fascinating facts and some fun at North Mountain Visitor Center, Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 11:30 AM.

Bring your sack lunch and enjoy the presentation on “The Lives of Miners” presented by Michael Ford! Using a combination of folk songs and antique photographs, he will show you what the lives of these men were like, and discuss details of their daily lives, their hopes, dreams and fears.

This event is free, but donations to SOMF are greatly appreciated. All funds help run the North Mountain Visitor Center.
