Anthony DeMuro
Please come share in a delightful dining experience presented by Executive Chef Anthony DeMuro and his culinary team at one of the most beloved and longest consecutively awarded AAA Four-Diamond restaurants in the Valley of the Sun, Different Pointe of View.
Chef DeMuro has given to the culinary world a rewarding and successful 32 year career. His passion and love for cooking and the hospitality industry brought him from years in Southern California to Arizona where he treated the Doubletree La Posada Resort to nine years as Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director.
Upon arriving at the Pointe Hilton Resorts in 2008, Chef DeMuro oversaw eight restaurants and served as the dual-property Executive Chef. He now continues to serve as the Executive Chef at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort and Chef De Cuisine of Different Pointe of View. His passion for service and mentorship to his team has helped Different Pointe of View maintain a standard of excellence among Phoenix restaurants making it a special occasion dining destination, yet deserving of being a regular favorite.
Flavor, color and preference of locally sourced and regionally grown ingredients are the distinctive features of Chef DeMuro’s cuisine. Inspired by the Mediterranean region, he uses infused oils, one-of-a-kind rubs and exotic sea salts taking flavor to a new level throughout the menu. With colors from seasonal produce and spectacular presentations, one will truly appreciate on the palate as well as the plate the fine work of culinary genius.
